in Singapore seeks an experienced project professional responsible for coordinating design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental criteria across projects in Singapore. You will lead safety meetings, attend internal and external project meetings, and liaise with customers, consultants and subcontractors while supporting Sales/Service with technical drawings and calculations.

• Meet criteria on design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental requirements.
• Conduct daily safety/toolbox meetings.
• Attend internal and external project meetings.
• Coordinate with project team, customers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Support Sales and Service teams with technical drawings and calculations per customer requirements.
• Prepare and update project status by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Update on technical information and documentation.
• Oversee daily project operations.
• Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules.

Job description

PROJECT

• Meet criteria on design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental requirements established foreach project.
• Conduct or Attend Daily Safety Meeting/Toolbox Meeting;
• Attends internal and/or external meetings relating to the respective projects;
• Co-ordinate and interact with project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors;
• To support Sales and Service Teams with Technical Drawings and calculations as per customers’ requirements;
• Prepare & update project status by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information gathered;
• Responsible for updating on technical information / documentation;
• Responsible for the daily project operations of the company;
• Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules;

STANDARDS

• Ensure the compliance to ISO Standards and processes, WHS regulations, Code of Practices, Design and Welding Standards (QA/QC requirements);
• Involvement as an internal auditor for annuals ISO audit;
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations;

DOCUMENTATION

• Prepare, submission and filing of Project related reports such as Risk Assessment (RA), Method of Statement(MOS), Lifting Plan, Manpower Appointment, Permit to Work and etc;
• Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;
• Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
