Job summary

Jenmon International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a project coordinator to manage project operations, ensure ISO and WHS compliance, and support sales with technical drawings and calculations. You will attend meetings, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and prepare reports. Maintain timely project status updates and up-to-date documentation, planning, supervising, and following up on actions.

Qualifications

• Prepare, submission and filing of Project related reports such as Risk Assessment (RA), Method of Statement(MOS), Lifting Plan, Manpower Appointment, Permit to Work and etc;
• Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;

Responsibilities

• Meet criteria on design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental requirements established foreach project.
• Conduct or Attend Daily Safety Meeting/Toolbox Meeting;
• Attends internal and/or external meetings relating to the respective projects;
• Co-ordinate and interact with project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors;
• To support Sales and Service Teams with Technical Drawings and calculations as per customers’ requirements;
• Prepare & update project status by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information gathered;
• Responsible for updating on technical information / documentation;
• Responsible for the daily project operations of the company;
• Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules;

PROJECT

• Ensure the compliance to ISO Standards and processes, WHS regulations, Code of Practices, Design and Welding Standards (QA/QC requirements);
• Involvement as an internal auditor for annuals ISO audit;
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations;

DOCUMENTATION
