INFORMATION DEVELOPMENT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced PMO/Project Manager to drive governance and business-case development across regional programs.

You will collaborate with business units to author comprehensive plans and cost-benefit analyses that support project funding approvals. You will navigate governance bodies, present AFA details, and ensure alignment with global and local standards while managing change governance and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years as PMO/PM or BA in Financial Services or Banking.
• Certifications: PMP, Prince2 or Scrum Master desirable.
• Languages: Business-level Japanese, Korean or Chinese an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Business case/ Application for Approval (AFA)
• Draft compelling business cases: collaborate with business units to author comprehensive business plans and cost-benefit analyses required for project funding approval.
• Governance navigation: present, clarify AFA to approval bodies and forums, ensuring alignment with global and local standards
• Change governance
• Gatekeeping system changes: own the end-to-end workflow for all system changes, ensuring no deployment occur without proper sign-offs and approvals.
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Head Office liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for Head Office, ensuring local project portfolios are aligned with overarching corporate strategies and reporting standards.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 8 or more years as a PMO, Project Manager or Business Analyst within a Financial Services or Banking environment.
• Certifications: PMP, Prince2 or Scrum Master certifications are highly desirable.
• Language: Advantageous if proficient in business-level Japanese, Korean or Chinese.

Technical and Professional Skills

• SDLC knowledge: solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and change management frameworks.
• Tools: proficient with project management tools and governance tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.

Soft Skills

• Diplomacy: exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision makers and key opinion leaders at Head Office.
• Communication: elite verbal and written communication skills.
