Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore invites talented students for a Project Management Internship (H12027 cohort) starting January 2027. Full-time commitment preferred.

You will support real projects, work with experienced professionals, and build the skills that set you up for success in project management. The program offers mentorship, hands-on learning in planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, and exposure to organizational change and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical / electrical / electronic engineering or similar.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills within cross-functional environment, resolving conflicts to achieve results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Plus: Project Management Process knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the project budget, resources, and schedule.
  • Manage the overall project planning, organize arbitration and, in the event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions.
  • Organize, lead, and motivate the project team and synchronize the team with other teams.
  • Lead the decision-making process at the project level and at the right time.
  • Apply risk management techniques to identify risks and issues, and implement effective risk response plans.
  • Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis.
