Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing/Process Engineer to support precision machining operations for complex components.

You will interpret drawings, develop Process Management Plans, and drive improvements in yields, efficiency, and quality. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Precision Machining or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years in a precision manufacturing environment, and are proficient in SolidWorks, Mastercam or HyperMill.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in precision machining, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of machining processes such as milling, turning, lathe, grinding, and sheet metal operations.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication processes, including welding, sheet metal fabrication, and surface treatment, will be an advantage.
• Proficient in manufacturing/design software such as SolidWorks, Mastercam, or HyperMill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in manufacturing processes.
• Good working attitude with a disciplined, systematic, and hands on approach.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
