Job summary

IWA Design is seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee retail and commercial projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, schedules and coordination with clients, partners and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of PM experience, a relevant certification, and the ability to travel as needed. You will work in a fast-paced environment emphasizing safety, accuracy and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma/Certification in Architecture/Interior Design/Construction or Building Management with minimum 2 years experience in project management from budgeting, implementation to completion for retail and commercial projects.
• Experience in budget management, project scheduling and execution of assigned projects.
• Must be able to travel and interact with clients and partners locally and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Handle projects from inception to completion independently or with team/superior.
• Be responsible for budget management, project schedule and execution.
• Lead with ownership and manage clients, external and internal partners to ensure delivery.
• Perform required SOPs including health and safety practices on site.
• Ensure high quality and on-time delivery on all project execution.
• Manage inventory, materials and maintenance processes on assigned projects.
• Prepare quality records and reports for assigned projects.
• Plan, initiate and manage work processes efficiently.
