Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma/Certification in Architecture/Interior Design/Construction or Building Management with minimum 2 years experience in project management for retail and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle projects from inception to completion independently or with team/superior.
• Manage budget, project schedule and execution of assigned projects.
• Lead with ownership and manage clients, external and internal partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Perform SOPs including health and safety practices on site.
• Ensure high quality and on-time delivery of all project execution.
• Manage inventory, materials and maintenance processes on assigned projects.
• Prepare quality records and reports for assigned projects.
• Plan, initiate and manage work processes with efficiency.
