Job summary

Goodrich Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an on-site Installation Supervisor to oversee end-to-end installation projects, from planning to completion. You will visit sites, take measurements, and ensure work meets specifications and safety standards.

Collaborate with Sales, customers, and installers to deliver smooth project execution, supervise subcontractors, address issues promptly, and drive quality improvements. On-site travel is required, and a strong eye for detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising installation works, preferably in soft furnishing projects.
• Ability to measure curtains and blinds is a plus.
• Willing to travel to project sites as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation projects from planning to completion, including site visits and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Resolve site issues and handle customer feedback promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, customers, and installers for smooth execution.
• Monitor quality and subcontractor performance; suggest improvements.
• Ensure workplace safety compliance and company standards.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage installation projects from planning to completion, including site visits, measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications, quality, and safety standards.

• Resolve site issues and handle customer feedback or installation-related concerns promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with the Sales team, customers, and installers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project quality, evaluate subcontractor performance, and recommend process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company standards.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in supervising installation works, preferably in soft furnishing projects.

• Knowledge in measuring curtains and blinds will be a big plus.

• Comfortable working on-site and travelling to project sites when required.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
