Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented AutoCAD assistant to support project planning and execution.

You will prepare 2D/3D drawings, verify quantities, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, assist procurement, monitor progress, and prepare handover documents to ensure timely delivery. This role requires a Diploma and AutoCAD proficiency, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any industry with similar experience.
• Must have: AutoCAD experience to do 2D or 3D drawing / Ability to read the drawings
• Possess strong problem-solving abilities and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Preparing drawings using AutoCAD to support project planning.
• Assisted with colour scheme selection and coordination with clients.
• Verified quantities and layouts for project accuracy.
• Supported procurement by placing orders and tracking project materials.
• Prepared handover documents and checklists for project completion.
• Monitored project timelines and progress to ensure work stayed on schedule.
• Coordinated with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to support project execution.
• Conducted site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality standards were met.
• Attended site and coordination meetings to support project updates.
• Performed ad-hoc administrative and project support tasks as required.

Job description

Working hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday

Salary: $ 3500 - $ 4500+ performance bonus
