Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a project support professional to prepare drawings using AutoCAD, assist with colour scheme selections, and verify layouts for accuracy on client projects.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, monitor timelines, process procurement, and prepare handover documents while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any industry with similar experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings using AutoCAD to support project planning.
• Assist with colour scheme selection and client coordination.

• Coordinated with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to support project execution.
• Conducted site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality standards were met.
• Attended site and coordination meetings to support project updates.
• Performed ad-hoc administrative and project support tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any industry with similar experience
• Possess strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office, Power Point, AutoCAD will be an added advantage
