Job summary

Beauty One International PTE. LTD.

in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents for construction projects. You will manage project budgets and forecasts through all phases, conduct cost analyses to optimise expenditure, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure competitive pricing while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) or equivalent, such as a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement practices and cost management principles.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with proven capability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local building regulations, safety standards and industry best practices in Singapore.
• Experience with construction projects in the retail, hospitality or commercial sectors is advantageous.
