Job summary

Deco-Base Enterprise Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator to coordinate operations between internal and external departments and liaise with clients, designers, suppliers, sub-contractors, and workers.

You will work closely with the client to identify needs and expectations, monitor progress on site to ensure quality, finishes and standards, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. You will oversee a team of site workers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder with 2+ years of project management experience in an industrial scope.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise across levels of staff and stakeholders.
• Mandarin and English required to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates.

Requirements:

• Responsible for planning and supervision of all operational activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all level of people.
• Mature with initiative to work independently.
• Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline with more than 2 Year(s) of project management experience in industrial scope.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Arhitecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English - in order to liaise with Chinese specking associates.
