Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an Architectural Project Coordinator to manage projects from client brief to completion, ensuring design intent is maintained and timelines are met.

You will coordinate with local and overseas teams, review drawings and documentation, conduct site surveys, and keep stakeholders informed with clear progress reports while supporting installation and handover activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience in architectural design, interior design or project coordination preferred.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and CAD drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from client requirements through design development, production, installation and commissioning.
• Serve as liaison between Singapore clients, internal teams and overseas design/technical teams.
• Review architectural drawings, CAD drawings, SketchUp models and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct site surveys and monitor progress to ensure compliance with designs.
• Provide regular progress updates and issue tracking to management.
• Communicate design intent and revisions to overseas teams and ensure updated drawings are issued.
