Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a project‑oriented engineer to drive security and communications system implementations for diverse clients. You will coordinate planning, design documentation, quotations follow-up, and user training to ensure smooth delivery.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate with customers, contractors and internal teams, supervise on‑site progress, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to required quality

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in security/communications projects.
• Knowledge of project management is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordinate, implement and manage security & communications-related systems projects.
• Prepare engineering design and documentation, follow up on quotations.
• Prepare and submit project documentation and conduct user training.
• Review contract scope, requirements and costing to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customer, contractor and internal teams to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise and monitor progress of works on site.
• Ensure projects meet cost, time and quality standards.
• Handle project closure and audit findings.

Job description

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing security & communications-related system projects on third-party products and systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To support the Project team in project planning, coordinate, implement, and manage security & communications-related systems projects;
• Preparation of engineering design and documentation, and follow up on quotations for additional works;
• Preparation of and final submission of project documentation & conduct user training;
• Review contract scope, requirements, and all costing to ensure designed systems meet the customer’s requirements;
• Coordinate with customer, contractor, and work closely with internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time;
• Supervise and monitor the progress of works on site
• Ensuring smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time, and quality standards;
• Responsible for project closure, project audit findings, if any, and follow-ups

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or its equivalent;
• With at least 2 years of relevant experience in the related industry;
• Knowledge in project management is preferred.
• Strong customer focus, team player, independent, and result-oriented;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels;
• Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset;
• Demonstrate abilities to work in a fast-paced environment and work in cross-functional teams.
