Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E professional to lead electrical and ELV works on a major site project. You will plan, coordinate and drive works to keep the schedule on track and ensure high quality delivery.

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering is required; AutoCAD and Microsoft Project skills are an advantage. Site supervision and collaboration with clients and subcontractors are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• AutoCAD and Microsoft Project skills are an advantage.
• Experience in M&E electrical construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive M&E works from start to finish, keeping projects on schedule, on budget and to high quality standards.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to keep site execution running smoothly, and update the Project Manager on progress.
• Inspect site works for compliance with specifications, and resolve technical issues quickly to prevent delays.
• Lead the testing and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Uphold site safety by running toolbox meetings and safety briefings, and addressing hazards or violations.
• Prepare progress reports, claims and submissions, and keep accurate records of site activities and resources.

• Salary: $3,800 - $5,000

• Working hours: 9am - 6pm, alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm

• Bonus: AWS + performance bonus (around 1.5 - 2 months)

Job Scope
