Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Lead Site Engineer to head a team of consultants, contractors, and developers on daily site activities at Jurong East.

You will conduct project briefings, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are met to deliver quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has a diploma/degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture with 0–2 years of relevant experience, and reading drawings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in similar position.
• Ability to read design drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants, contractors, and developers in daily site activities.
• Conduct project briefings and kick-off meetings.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Evaluate the master program and monitor work progress.
• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions.
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Assist on documentations and make recommendations to clients for award of contracts.
• Check safety management system and conduct periodic safety inspection.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on development concept, preliminary program and budget.
• Identify and resolve site technical problems.
• Supervise site works to achieve good quality.
• Assist in investigating and liaising with public and relevant authorities for public feedback.

Salary: $3200 - $3700 (Basic) + $300 (Transport Allowance)

Working hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

Working Location: Jurong East
