Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervision professional to design security solutions including CCTV, access control and intrusion detection. You will coordinate with sales, clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure timely, within-budget project completion.

The role requires 1–3 years of site supervision experience and hands-on CCTV and access control installation knowledge. Working location is the West, with regular hours and a diversified welfare package.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec and/or Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 1–3 years' experience in site supervision and coordination with main contractors and subcontractors.
• Hands-on experience in alarm, card access and CCTV system installation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales and clients to understand project requirements and design security solutions (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection).
• Develop project plans, timelines and resource requirements; coordinate with Project Manager, contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee installation, integration and commissioning of security systems per designs and client needs.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting and quality checks for proper functionality.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to monitor progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Provide technical support during handover and assist Service/Operations with technical info.

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales and clients to understand project requirements and design suitable security solutions, including CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems.
• Develop project plans, timelines and resource requirements, and coordinate with the Project Manager, contractors and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Oversee the installation, integration and commissioning of security systems in accordance with approved designs and client requirements.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting and quality checks to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Provide technical support during the handover stage and assist in resolving system issues. Support the Service and Operations teams with necessary technical information.
• Prepare project documentation, including design plans, installation records, testing reports and training materials. Assist with client/end-user system training.
• Ensure all project works comply with relevant industry standards, safety requirements and ISO 45001 procedures, while keeping updated on the latest security technologies and solutions.

Job Requirements
