Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Engineer/Project Manager to oversee engineering projects across Singapore islandwide. You will manage planning, site execution and handover, coordinating teams and vendors to meet timelines.

Requirements include a diploma or degree in engineering with 2–3 years of project engineering/management experience. Read and interpret technical drawings and documentation for success.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned technical projects from planning through testing and handover.
• Plan and monitor schedules, resources and overall progress for timely completion.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors and vendors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams on requirements and site activities.
• Review specifications and drawings to ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate site installation and resolve technical or site-related issues.
• Monitor deliverables, quality and progress; take corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct project meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
• Prepare progress reports and project records.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage assigned technical projects from planning, site implementation and installation through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, work programmes, resources and overall project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, vendors and other relevant parties throughout project execution.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams on project requirements, technical matters and site activities.
• Review project specifications, technical drawings, layouts and related documentation to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Coordinate site installation works and resolve technical, operational or site-related issues that may affect project progress.
• Monitor project deliverables, quality requirements and work progress, and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct project meetings, site coordination meetings and progress reviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, system acceptance and project handover activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, schedules and other required project records.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant project engineering / project management experience.
• Candidates with experience as a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager who are ready to step up are encouraged to apply.
• Good experience in project coordination, site implementation and stakeholder management.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation.
