Job summary

You will provide technical oversight by reviewing designs and validating compliance with industry standards, while implementing QA/QC protocols to assure quality. This role also involves liaising with clients, contractors, and project managers and managing RFIs/submittals.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Scheduling: Develop project timelines, sequence tasks, allocate resources, and monitor adherence to schedules.
• Technical Oversight: Review engineering designs, validate compliance with industry standards, and ensure technical accuracy.
• Quality Control: Implement testing protocols and monitor work to meet QA/QC guidelines.
• Communication and Documentation: Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and project managers while managing paperwork like RFIs and submittals.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement immediate technical solutions to keep work moving forward.
• Budget and Cost Control: Track expenditures, review contractor bids, and assist in preparing cost estimates
