The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and at least two years of hands-on project management, with exposure to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and design tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience with hands-on project management involvement.
• Familiarity with automation technologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall PM methodologies.
• Familiarity with design tools AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project to optimize efficiency, profitability, and performance while tracking project health and risks.
• Ensure the project remains on budget and on schedule, with regular progress updates.
• Conduct status meetings with internal and external stakeholders for clear communication.
• Act as a liaison between the project team and customers for timely information.
• Ensure projects meet customer specs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Guide resources from various departments and conduct regular reviews.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to management highlighting challenges or risks.
