Job summary

MGR UNIVERSAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on project coordinator to plan and schedule construction activities, sequence tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress on site in Singapore.

You will provide technical oversight, enforce QA/QC standards, manage client and contractor communications, handle RFIs and submittals, troubleshoot on-site issues, and assist in budgeting and cost control to keep projects moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling project timelines, sequencing tasks, allocating resources and monitoring adherence to schedules.
• Technical oversight: review engineering designs, validate compliance with industry standards, and ensure technical accuracy.
• Quality control: implement testing protocols and monitor work to meet QA/QC guidelines.
• Communication and documentation: liaison between clients, contractors, and project managers while managing paperwork like RFIs and submittals.
• Problem-solving: troubleshoot on-site issues and implement immediate technical solutions to keep work moving forward.
• Budget and cost control: track expenditures, review contractor bids, and assist in preparing cost estimates.
