Job summary

AVA GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Engineer in Singapore to support field construction activities, review calculations, drawings, and specifications, and coordinate information with design and construction teams.

You will plan work programs, supervise site works, enforce QA/QC and HSE standards, manage permits, and track progress and costs, with fresh graduates to those with 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates to candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience (level open).
• Knowledge of local codes, standards, and construction methods.
• Willingness to be site-based.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate RFIs (Requests for Information) and approvals.
• Plan work programs, quantities/BOQ, and method statements.
• Supervise site works, set out levels, conduct inspections and tests, and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
• Enforce QA/QC and HSE standards; manage permits and submissions to authorities.
• Track project progress and costs; prepare reports, redlines, and as-built drawings.
