Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. invites a Civil/Construction professional to oversee site activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs and schedules. This role supports the Project Manager and interfaces with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in civil engineering or construction management, has at least 3 years in A&A projects, and can develop construction drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Additions & Alterations (A&A) projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software for drawing development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor site activities according to drawings, specs, quality and schedules.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, method statements and site records.

Job description

• Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure project work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, material submissions, method statements, and site records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting the Project Manager in achieving project objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects within the construction industry.
• Must be able to prepare and develop construction drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software.
