Job summary

Recruit Expert in Singapore is seeking a Site Engineer/Coordinator to oversee A&A construction projects. You will coordinate field activities, ensure works align with drawings, specs, and schedules, and support the Project Manager.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve technical issues, prepare progress reports, quality records, and site documentation while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects within the construction industry.
• Must be able to prepare and develop construction drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure project work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, material submissions, method statements, and site records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting the Project Manager in achieving project objectives.
