Job summary

Vantive is seeking an Engineer to lead project execution across engineering initiatives in Singapore. You will apply structured project management practices, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-scope, on-time outcomes.

You will develop and maintain project artifacts, engage with stakeholders, and drive improvements in manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards. This role emphasizes innovation and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Project management experience within engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to develop and maintain project artifacts (charters, CER, Gantt charts, status reports).
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be a Project Manager for assigned initiatives.
• Apply scheduling, risk management, cost control, and change control to improve execution.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts including charters, CER, Gantt charts, budgets, and minutes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align deliverables, milestones, and expectations.
• Identify risks/issues and drive mitigation actions.
• Support BOM, SOP, and related documentation updates.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices across the organization.
