Vantive is seeking an Engineer to lead project execution across engineering initiatives in Singapore. You will apply structured project management practices, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-scope, on-time outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain project artifacts including charters, CER, Gantt charts, budgets, and minutes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align deliverables, milestones, and expectations.
  • Identify risks/issues and drive mitigation actions.
  • Support BOM, SOP, and related documentation updates.
  • Promote continuous improvement and best practices across the organization.

The Engineer is responsible for project execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed on scope, on schedule, and within budget. The role is expected to apply structured project management practices while leveraging fundamental technical knowledge to support assessments, evaluations, and process improvements.

  • Be a Project Manager
  • Apply structured Project Management methodologies (e.g., scheduling, risk management, cost control, change control) to enhance overall project execution.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain key project artifacts including project charters, CER, Gantt charts, status reports, action trackers, budgets, spending updates, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables, milestones, and expectations.
  • Proactively Identity Risk/Issues and drive the execution of mitigation/corrective measures.
  • Identify Task interdependencies and management of resources.
  • Perform financial and technical justification of Capital Investment for Management Approval.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to support change validation, Change Control Management, and updates to BOM, SOP, and related documentation.
  • Strong Technical Acumen
  • Demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals to effectively engage in discussions involving manufacturing processes, equipment, and sterilisation technologies.
  • Liaise with technical subject-matter experts to support technical studies, equipment evaluations, and process improvements.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, product quality, safety performance, and standard cost reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and all relevant company procedures.
  • Support Corporate Projects on Product Changes.

Act as a change champion by promoting innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of best practices across the organisation.
