Job summary

Vantive in Singapore seeks an experienced SME engineer to join our team, focusing on improving machine yield and process quality. You will analyze issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and provide timely engineering support for failure analysis and CAPA resolution.

The role involves supporting department goals, driving OEE and productivity improvements, and ensuring compliance with EHS procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work in a team and show initiative.
• Solid understanding of mechanical/electrical drawings and control systems (PLC).

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers to improve machine/ process yield and quality.
• Analyze machine/ process issues and customer complaints; implement CAPA.
• Provide timely engineering support in failure analysis and CAPA resolution.
• Support achievement of department goals; drive OEE and productivity improvements.
• Provide technical expertise for teams and evaluation of replacement parts.
• Assist in IQ/OQ/PQ validation for new machines/products.
