Job summary

AMT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to join our contract manufacturing team for medical devices. You will manage projects from NPI to production and help transfer products into manufacturing.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in a related field and 1–2 years’ experience in project engineering or NPI. Exposure to regulated manufacturing and process validation is a plus, with a focus on problem solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, E&E, Manufacturing, Biomedical Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–2 years' relevant experience in project engineering, manufacturing, NPI or related technical role.
• Exposure to medical devices, process validation or regulated manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
• Positive learning attitude with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from NPI to production.
• Develop manufacturing processes, tooling and inspection requirements.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ, PFMEA, DOE, SPC and process capability studies.
• Solve manufacturing challenges and drive yield, quality and productivity improvements.
• Coordinate engineering changes (ECO/ECN).
• Work with customers, Quality, Production, Tooling, suppliers and engineering teams.
