Job summary

AMT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Engineer for Medical Device Manufacturing in Singapore. You will gain hands-on exposure to production support, process improvement, validation, and quality-driven manufacturing.

Ideal for an early-career engineer with 1–2 years of experience, you will collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve manufacturing challenges, drive yield and productivity, and assist with IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing engineering, or medical device manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of quality systems, ISO 13485, GMP.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily engineering support to ensure smooth, stable, and compliant production operations.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, tooling, and assembly-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Drive yield, productivity, cycle time, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in process validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation.
• Support engineering changes, production ramp-up, capacity planning, and cross-functional resolution of manufacturing challenges.
