Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer to drive project execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery phases in Singapore. You will plan, monitor, and track milestones to ensure timely completion and act as the main liaison among customers, vendors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in project engineering within oil & gas, chemical, marine, or rotating equipment sectors, with strong technical document review and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project engineering or project execution.
• Experience in oil & gas, chemical, marine, or rotating equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive project execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery phases.
• Plan, monitor, and track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Interpret technical specifications and review engineering documents to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers on material delivery and monitor vendor performance and procurement activities.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource allocation; identify risks, issues, and deviations and propose mitigation plans.
• Ensure proper documentation control, submission, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in cost monitoring, invoicing, and milestone payments follow-up.
