Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Engineering graduate to assist in planning, coordinating and executing engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with clients and schedules.

You will work with project managers, engineers, contractors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, review technical drawings and documentation, assist with costing and procurement, and support site visits and inspections as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of engineering projects from start to completion
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule and requirements
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, reports and project documentation
• Assist with project costing, material procurement and coordination with suppliers
• Support site visits, inspections and installation works when required
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding technical and operational matters
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during project execution
• Ensure engineering works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements
• Maintain proper project records and documentation
• Perform other project-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned
