Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer (Oil & Gas / Marine) in Singapore to drive projects from engineering through delivery. The role covers full lifecycle management, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery, with a regional reporting structure and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has EPC/ETO experience and a track record in industrial equipment projects, ensuring deliverables meet contractual and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Engineer-to-Order (ETO) exposure for projects.
• Experience with EPC or industrial equipment project execution.
• Strong ability to manage projects across lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery phases.
• Develop, monitor and track project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery per requirements.
• Work independently with a regional reporting manager and multiple stakeholders.
