Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is looking for a Project Engineer (M&E – Plumbing & Sanitary) to manage site operations in Sungei Kadut. This permanent role involves overseeing site supervisors, coordinating tasks with clients, and ensuring project timeline adherence.

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering and knowledge of building installation works. Experience with tools like AutoCAD or Revit is preferred. The position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to quality control and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience with design tools like AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage.
• Candidates without relevant qualifications must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Position Title: Project Engineer (M&E – Plumbing & Sanitary)
• Working Location: Sungei Kadut
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site operations and oversee a team of site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate tasks and communicate with clients and consultants.
• Ensure construction progress is on track according to the project schedule.
• Enforce quality control and safety management protocols.
• Keep site staff and subcontractors updated on approved materials and the latest drawings.
• Coordinate different trades working on-site to ensure smooth execution.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial building installation works.
• Experience with design tools like AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HDB projects is a plus.
• Candidates without relevant qualifications must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
