C and T is seeking a Project Engineer to independently manage M&E projects in Singapore, handling budgeting, planning, scheduling, and deliverables. • Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical or environmental engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience.
• Ability to work with all levels of workforce and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle M&E projects budgeting, planning, scheduling, and deliverables independently.
• Coordinate meetings among clients, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth implementation.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, progress reports, and technical submissions.
• Site-based responsibilities: arrange manpower and materials for project execution.
• Issue RFQs and negotiate with suppliers on price and delivery.
• Manage engineering and project documentation systematically.
• Monitor progress and certify for payment claims.
• Assist in tender preparation and develop technical proposals when needed.
• Lead the team to carry out works with safety.
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Recognized Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Environmental Engineering
• Minimum 3 years working experience in construction field
• Able to work with all levels of workforce
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
