Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer (IT Support/ Network) in MacPherson to join a dynamic IT team.

The role involves hands-on installation, configuration, and support of IT and network systems, with remote helpdesk assistance and on-site troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has a NITEC or equivalent and a basic understanding of networking. Inexperienced applicants are welcome since product training will be provided.

Qualifications

• At least a NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of networking or IT infrastructure.
• On-the-job training available for inexperienced candidates.
• Experience with VoIP/Cloud PBX is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support IT and communication systems, such as network switches, routers, and related network devices.
• Provide remote helpdesk support and onsite troubleshooting for customers.
• Review and validate technical system designs to ensure they meet project requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve network, communication, and system-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional technical support.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and industry developments to enhance technical expertise.

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Project Engineer (IT Support/ Network)
• Location: MacPherson
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,700 + Bonus
