Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Network Support Engineer to help keep daily network operations running smoothly. The role focuses on incident handling, firewall changes, VPN rule reviews, and on-site installations.

You will collaborate with Telcos, contractors, and vendors for LAN room maintenance, ad-hoc cablings, and RMAs, while supporting ongoing network and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in network infrastructure operations or projects.
Relevant certifications or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

Coordinating and handling network incidents and maintenance support for HQ and remote offices.
Processing firewall change requests and reviewing VPN/firewall rules.
Coordinating with third parties (Telcos, Contractors) on on-site surveys, installations, and RMAs.
Installing and configuring network equipment.
Coordinating with vendors for LAN room cleaning and ad-hoc network cablings.
Supporting the network and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

The scope for the IT Network Support Engineer resource is to support the daily network operations and support including but not limited to:

Coordinating and handling network incidents and maintenance support (including HQ and remote office operations).
Processing firewall change requests.
Reviewing and housekeeping the VPN and firewall rules.
Coordinating with third parties (e.g. Telcos, Contractors) on site-survey, installations, and RMAs.
Installing and configuring network equipment.
Coordinating with vendor for LAN rooms cleaning.
Coordinating with vendor for Ad‑Hoc Network Cablings.
Supporting the network and infrastructure projects.

Requirements
