Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an engineer with at least 2 years in project management of instrumentation and fluid systems. You will collaborate with the Sales team to tailor solutions, identify requirements, and prepare technical and commercial clarifications.

The role involves drafting BOMs and drawings, coordinating production, and performing tests. Qualified candidates will have an engineering degree, strong communication, and proficiency with AutoCAD or SolidWorks for

• Engineering degree required.
• At least 2 years in project management of instrumentation/flow systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to promote custom solutions and prepare system quotations.
• Identify project specs and documentation needs; address technical and commercial clarifications.
• Draft engineering docs (BOMs, schematics, GA drawings, ITP, testing procedures) as needed.
• Verify project materials and raise requisitions to sourcing/Procurement.
• Prepare and update weekly project progress reports.
• Coordinate with production on fabrication and assembly requirements and progress.
• Perform in-house testing and Factory Acceptance Tests.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Job description

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Sales Department to promote Custom Solutions and processes system quotations.
• Liaises with customers to identify project specifications & documentation requirements and attend to technical & commercial clarifications.
• Develops engineering documentation (e.g. Bill of Materials, Control Schematic, GA Drawings, Inspection Test Plan, Testing Procedures, etc) as required by the project.
• Performs project material verification and raise material requisition to Services Coordinators for sourcing and procurement.
• Prepares and update project weekly progress reports.
• To work with production team on project fabrication & assembly requirements and progress
• Performs project in-house testing and Factory Acceptance Test.
• Other duties and assignments as assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• Degree in Engineering.
• Possess at least 2 years in project management of instrumentation / fluid system.
• Ability to work well with people and be able to multi-task.
• Customer oriented with good communication skills.
• Proficient in Drafting software (AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc.)
