Plan and execute end-to-end project activities, including project scheduling, resource planning, risk assessment, system installation, commissioning, and final handover.
Manage project timelines, costs, quality standards, and deliverables while coordinating vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.
Review technical specifications, drawings, and project scope documents to ensure compliance with engineering requirements and customer expectations.
Conduct the installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical cooling systems, including data centre cooling solutions, CRAC units, and precision air-conditioning systems.
Provide technical guidance, support, and training to customers, local partners, and project teams on system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety regulations, industry standards, and project safety requirements, including preparation of RAMS, risk assessments, and safety documentation.
Act as the key technical liaison between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders by leading project meetings, providing progress updates, and managing project documentation, claims, and variation orders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing project tracking methods, reporting processes, and operational training programmes to improve project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Minimum NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline, with relevant experience in project engineering or mechanical systems.
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in project execution, preferably involving data centre cooling solutions, CRAC systems, precision air‑conditioning, or other mission‑critical cooling infrastructure.
Proven experience in mechanical system installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues on‑site.
Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel for project scheduling, tracking, reporting, and documentation purposes.
Strong understanding of Singapore workplace safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
Willingness to travel frequently across Asia to support project execution.
Comfortable working at customer sites, construction sites, industrial facilities, and data centre environments.
Flexibility to work outside normal office hours when required to meet project schedules and commissioning activities.
