You will review shop drawings, coordinate with clients and consultants, supervise workers and vendors, track progress, and maintain comprehensive project documentation while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical works execution and project management.
• Proficient knowledge of installation of M&E services and builder’s works.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate electrical work costings to ensure budget alignment and cost-effectiveness.
• Review and verify shop drawings for compliance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements before submission.
• Liaise and conduct meetings with clients and consultants to resolve technical issues, clarify requirements, and facilitate inspections and submissions.
• Serve as the primary contact for all electrical-related matters, providing clear communication and issue resolution.
• Attend weekly site meetings to coordinate project progress and address challenges.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Manage, coordinate, and supervise workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure proper execution and high-quality workmanship.
• Plan, implement, and track work progress, submitting weekly progress reports to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project costs including variations and prepare cost-control documentation.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation for all electrical works.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and successful handover to clients.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Required competencies and certifications
