Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks an experienced CAD drafter to join the design and project delivery team. You will produce 2D/3D drawings from scratch using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape, and coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure constructible designs.

Review M&E drawings, attend site meetings, and ensure drawings reflect on-site conditions. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and strong time management are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, V-Ray (3D Max), Enscape and Sketchup.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Proven track record and credibility.
• Good time management and planning.
• Good communication skills, meticulous, able to work in a team and also independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP teams and other sub-cons and provide construction layout plans and construction detailed drawings.
• Able to produce quality 2D/3D drawings/models from scratch with Sketchup software.
• Able to prepare conceptual design and construction drawings using CAD software.
• Spot discrepancies between the actual site and drawings provided.
• Attend site meetings with MEP contractors and ID contractors for site issues.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and documents, assess changes, and update drawings accordingly.
• Assist project team in letter / report writing and correspondences.
• Undertake other design and technical duties as assigned by management.
