Job summary

PREFAB TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Civil Draftsman to provide design and drafting support to Production and Sales, circulate shop drawings, and ensure drawings are accurate before Production issues. The role involves coordination with the Project Coordinator for PE stamping and approvals, discussions with consultants, and site meetings as needed.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering diploma or degree, English proficiency, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's or higher in Civil Engineering.
• English language proficiency required.
• At least 3 years of experience in the related field.
• Full-time position available.
• Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, ZWCAD.
• Preferably experience in precast industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide design and drafting support to the Production and Sales Department.

• Check for discrepancies in all drawings before issuing to Production Department.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinator to stamp drawings with PE and monitor shop drawing approvals.
• Discuss discrepancies with consultants and authorities and detail changes.
• Attend site meetings on technical matters with Sales staff as required.
• Mark and record all drawings for traceability; stamp obsolete drawings and retrieve them.
• Perform any other duties as directed.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
