Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Project Engineer in Singapore to drive schedules, manage vendors, and ensure on-time delivery of mechanical projects across ASEAN. You will lead setup, commissioning, and handover while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires an ITE/Diploma in Mechanical with 3 years of project experience, hands-on in cooling systems/ACMV/HVAC, and proficiency in Microsoft Project. Willingness to travel extensively across ASEAN is essential.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical with 3 years in projects, hands-on in cooling systems/ACMV/HVAC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and field installation/commissioning/troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules, resource forecasts, and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead end-to-end stages from setup & commissioning to handover.
• Manage vendors/subcontractors for quality, timeline, and cost adherence.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and scope documents for compliance.
• Conduct equipment setup, startup, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot post-handover technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit risk assessments, method statements and safety reports.
• Contact point for clients/consultants/vendors, lead project meeting & progress updates to teams.
• Prepare progress payment claims, variation orders, and project documentation.
• Optimize project tracking methods and reporting tools for real-time visibility.
• Develop and deliver operational/maintenance training to clients.

$3500 - $5000 + $60 Hp allowance + $800-$1000 Travel allowance
