Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent Projects Coordinator to support day-to-day facility upkeep for ongoing projects.

You will help coordinate timelines with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and ensure quality on site. The role involves on-site inspections, assisting with technical drawings and project documentation, and handling related admin tasks. Candidates should have a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least two years in M&E

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in the M&E/Construction Industry.
• Advantageous to have relevant safety certifications.

• Provide support in organizing and overseeing day-to-day facility upkeep to keep project activities on track.
