Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to lead ELV system projects, including CCTV, E&E and M&E. You will manage from planning to handover, coordinate with clients and vendors, and prepare schedules, drawings and testing protocols.

The role offers a basic salary of SGD 3,000 to SGD 5,000 monthly plus AWS and VB, based in Hougang. Working hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with training for less experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in project engineering, preferably in LTA or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Training will be provided for candidates with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned ELV system projects from planning through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, end users, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Prepare project schedules, resource plans and progress reports.
• Develop and revise system layouts, schematic diagrams, wiring drawings and installation details.
• Support systems including CCTV, PLC, traffic light and barrier systems, network backbone and radio systems.
• Conduct site surveys to verify site conditions and design feasibility.
• Prepare design submissions, method statements, risk assessments and other technical documents.
• Maintain construction drawings and prepare accurate as-built drawings.
• Develop testing and commissioning procedures for FAT, SAT and integrated system testing.
• Conduct and supervise installation, testing, commissioning and system integration activities.
• Compile test results, inspection records and commissioning reports for submission.
• Prepare operation and maintenance manuals and handover documents.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical or installation issues.
• Supervise site activities and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, cost, quality and safety to ensure timely and profitable completion.
• Provide hands-on technical support when required.
