Job summary

Oneness Holdings seeks an experienced mechanical projects professional to drive on-site construction activities and ensure timely, on-budget delivery with high quality. You will oversee coordination, changes, and documentation across all project phases and lead diverse teams on site.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years' experience in mechanical works for subcontractors (ACMV preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in mechanical works for a construction subcontractor (preferably ACMV).
• Proficient in reading and using AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Oversee construction activities on site, manage changes to works, and review drawings for practicality.
• Manage all aspects of project management: coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion.
• Ensure changes to specs, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.
• Serve as main contact, attending site meetings with clients, team and authorities.
• Responsible for site supervision and implementation of project plans.
• Monitor costing, budget, claims, and schedules to meet targets.
• Lead project team to align site progress with schedule.
• Ensure Environment, Safety, and Health practices on site.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Oversee construction activities on site, manage any changes to works, and review drawings to ensure designs are practical and effective.
• Manage all aspects of project management, including coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.
• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.
• Serve as the main point of contact, attending meetings at the site with clients, the project team, and relevant authorities.
• Responsible for site supervision and implementation of project plans.
• Monitor project costing, budget, claims, and schedules to ensure financial and timeline targets are met.
• Manage and lead the project team to ensure site progress aligns with the project schedule.
• Ensure that Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) practices are always adhered to on site.

Job Requirements
