Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer/Manager (Mechanical) to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

You will read AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with clients, our project team and authorities, lead a project crew, monitor costs and schedule, and uphold Environment, Safety and Health practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in mechanical works for construction subcontractor (ACMV preferred).
• Ability to read and use AutoCAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project is carried out on time, within budget and with excellent quality.
• Oversee construction activities on site, Changes to Works and ensure drawings can be carried out effectively.
• Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project.
• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes and drawings are properly documented.
• Main point of contact, attend meetings at site, clients and our project team and relevant authorities.
• Responsible for site supervision and implementations.
• Monitor project costing, budget, claims and schedule.
• Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress according to project schedule.
• Ensure Environment, Safety and Health practices are always adhered.
