Job summary

APAX SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineering project coordinator to lead site planning and execution across design, construction, testing and commissioning phases in Singapore. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure milestones, schedules and safety on site are achieved.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, familiarity with the semiconductor industry, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Familiar with semiconductor industry is preferred.
• QA/QC background will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Familiar with AutoCAD.
• Independent, problem-solving, multitasking team player with good social and communication skills.
• Good command of Mandarin (spoken and written) will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Site planning, preparation and co-ordination on progress and schedule for timely completion.
• Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders to achieve project milestones, deliverables and schedule monitoring.
• Manage, control and monitor all project activities during design phase, site execution phase, testing & commissioning phase.
• Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
• Coordinate the safety management system on site.
• Follow up and reporting on the project progress.
• Prepare project documents for submission, Eg Technical submittal for design approval, MS/SWP, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Incident Report with solutions, etc.
• All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Familiar with semiconductor industry
• QA/QC background will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint
• Familiar with AutoCAD
• Independent, problem solving, multi-tasking team player with good social and communication
