SNK (ASIA PACIFIC) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Project/Site Engineer to coordinate ACMV installation and site activities for a large data centre project in Singapore. You will handle drawings, submissions, inspections, and handover support, ensuring work meets drawings, specs, and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on ACMV installation, shop drawing reviews, and strong coordination with subcontractors and BIM Operator.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in M&E/ACMV construction projects.
• Preferably as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer.
• Experience with large-scale chilled water systems and mission-critical facilities is advantageous.
• Singapore construction project experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of installation, testing and commissioning processes.

Job Summary

• Coordinate and execute ACMVworks for a large-scale data centre project in Singapore.
• Be responsible for daily sitecoordination, technical submissions, installation, inspections, Testing &Commissioning (T&C), and handover support.
• Ensure assigned works areexecuted safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, projectspecifications, quality standards, and instructions from the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities –Engineering & Site Execution

• Prepare and submit materialapproval documents, promptly address consultants’ comments, and follow upclosely to obtain approval without impacting the project schedule.
• Review consultants’ comments onsubmitted shop drawings, coordinate with the BIM Operator to address thecomments and make the necessary revisions, and follow up until approval isobtained.
• Perform HVAC technicalcalculations, including duct static pressure and pump head calculations, submitthe calculation reports to the consultant, and follow up until approval isobtained.
• Coordinate with the BIMOperator to prepare detailed installation drawings based on the approved shopdrawings, issue them to subcontractors for construction, and verify on sitethat the works are executed in accordance with the issued drawings.
• Monitor subcontractor progress,manpower, productivity, workmanship, and material usage, and promptly reportany issues or potential delays to the Project Manager.
• Verify material quantities andspecifications, place orders in a timely manner, and manage deliveries inaccordance with the construction schedule.
• Attend site coordinationmeetings, understand the discussions and decisions, and clearly communicate andcoordinate the required actions with the site team and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections withthe QA/QC Engineer, promptly communicate inspection comments and correctiveactions, and ensure timely rectification.
• Conduct regular siteinspections to identify safety hazards, coordinate corrective actions with thesafety team, and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Coordinate and support testingand commissioning of installed systems, verify results against performance andfunctional requirements, and prepare the required records for handover.
• Prepare and compile allrequired project completion and handover documentation.

Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years ofrelevant experience in M&E / ACMV construction projects, preferably as aProject Engineer or Site Engineer.
• Hands-on experience in ACMVinstallation, site coordination, shop drawings, technical submissions, andsubcontractor supervision.
• Previous Data Centre projectexperience is highly preferred.
• Experience with large-scalechilled water systems and mission-critical facilities will be a strongadvantage.
• Singapore construction projectexperience is preferred.
