Job summary

BW Offshore Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning in Singapore. Qualifications

• You will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• 3-10 years of experience in the shipping or offshore industry.
• Understanding of engineering disciplines and lifecycle interactions.
• Knowledge of procurement, construction, and commissioning processes.
• Strong coordination and communication in multidisciplinary, multinational environments.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Manage interfaces between internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Lead small to medium work packages and monitor scope, schedule, and cost.
• Maintain project risk registers and support risk reporting and mitigation.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up actions with stakeholders.
• Manage change requests and assess impacts on scope, schedule, and cost.
• Coordinate technical queries and support timely resolution of issues.
• Promote high HSEQ standards throughout all project phases and delivery.

Qualifications

Nice to have:

• Experience from FPSO projects
• Knowledge of marine, utility, and safety systems
• Familiarity with classification society requirements and international rules and regulations
• Experience coordinating technical interfaces across multiple stakeholders
