Job summary

BW Offshore in Singapore seeks a project professional to coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. In the first year you will own specific scopes, manage interfaces between stakeholders, and help ensure safe and efficient project execution.

You will work with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to lead work packages, monitor scope and schedules, and support risk management and change control while promoting rigorous HSEQ practices across all

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 3–10 years in shipping or offshore industry
• Understanding of engineering disciplines across a project lifecycle
• Knowledge of procurement, construction, and commissioning processes
• Strong coordination and communication in multidisciplinary environments
• Fluent English, written and spoken

• Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on actions with stakeholders
• Manage change requests and support assessment of impacts on scope, schedule, and cost
• Coordinate technical queries and support timely resolution of project issues
• Promote high HSEQ standards throughout all project phases and support safe project delivery

Qualifications

You will need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent relevant industry experience
• 3-10 years of experience in the shipping or offshore industry
• Understanding of engineering disciplines and how they interact throughout a project lifecycle
• Knowledge of procurement, construction, and commissioning processes
• Strong coordination and communication skills in multidisciplinary and multinational environments
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience from FPSO projects
• Knowledge of marine, utility, and safety systems
• Familiarity with classification society requirements and international rules and regulations
• Experience coordinating technical interfaces across multiple stakeholders
